This is to advise staff that on July 3, 2000 the Dependency Court issued guidelines (see attached memo) for our Department regarding children placed at MacLaren Children’s Center. The guidelines relate to both the face-to-face contacts between the child and CSW and the reports provided to the Dependency Court, specifically the 15-day Review report. Until formal policy is released CSW are instructed to comply with the court’s guidelines.
