NOTICE REQUIREMENTS WHEN PARENTAL RIGHTS ARE TERMINATED
This is to remind staff that once the court has terminated a parent's rights, CSWs are no longer required to notice that birth parent for any subsequent court hearings. This also applies to the cases where the parent has a pending appeal on the termination of their parental rights.
